Any think adding something else will help?
« on: August 02, 2009, 04:47:47 PM »
i know this is talked about a lot but is there any combination of andropenis with something else to make a bigger or quicker gain. I have heard that jelqing can ( i know its potentially dangerous admin !! ) and someone said testostorone pills or something??
Any one got experience or advice...
Thanks  ;)

hi, I read a bit about testosterone adding, but not as a pill.. rather a dermal patch or spray that gets absorbed on the penis. but its dangerous and insane since you must avoid it touching your testicles.
Jelqing works.. there are enough forums to suggest its reliablity. However, it is an extremly slow process.. takes time to get results.. and some people could over exaggerate with the exercising and can be potentially harmful.
Adding testosterone is a stupid idea. It has more disadvantages than advantages. many have tried.. only few reported gains.

Hey AP875 and behing-the-moon,

How about supplements to boost natural testosterone levels. I'm thinking along the line of zinc, omega 3 and 6, ginseng - all of which should be available in a good multivitamin for men and of course in conjunction with a good diet and exercise.

hey Jon,

Yes, if I had to choose, I would definitely go for multivitamins. Adding Growth hormone supplements could be dangerous and there is very little proof to show its efficacy in penile enlargement.
But, I really do not know if those multivits are actually capable of making a difference in testosterone levels.
Your best bet would be to hit the gym and work out with weights. That is a confirmed way of increasing testosterone levels.

This is exactly right! Even before my andropenis device I started to work out to get in better shape, shed some pounds, etc. Losing weight is guaranteed to increase penis length if you are overweight, since a layer of fat can take away from your natural length on your pelvis. So now I'm working out and using Andropenis. This whole process is about sculpting and improving oneself, and I'm glad to be around other like minded individuals, best of luck (and work!).
